As we embark together on this journey of beauty, health, fashion, arts and life in general, I thought it would be great to share my motivations, trials and most importantly, my passion and dream, with you.

So… here goes my story. I hope you enjoy the read!

Alice, Your Typical Corporate High-Flyer

I stepped into the engineering world right after graduation, and expanded into business development as my career progressed. It’s the usual corporate executive story – with job success my desire to look after myself, my body and my health took a backseat. My weight increased significantly, whilst confidence levels went the opposite way. A far cry from my student days, my skin and health lost their glow and I felt demotivated. Eventually, I consciously shunned away from the idea of improving my self-image.

This was me in 2016. I’m the one on the right - not the cute fella up on the left!

Bogged down by work and also too lazy to exercise, I gained 20kg – and my health went downhill. Skin issues, hair dullness, allergies, all plagued me. To the outside world I seemed successful. On the inside… I was miserable.

The Turning Point

The turning point came when in 2016, I was nominated and selected by my company to attend a year-long top talent program called JUMP, held in multiple countries. Every module gave me the opportunity to reflect deeply upon myself, and as I progressed through the program, I was encountering revelations on a weekly basis. It was refreshing – and insightful – as I started to relearn about myself all over again.

Forgotten passions and interests from the earlier days of my life got rekindled. Old dreams got awakened. I felt a sense of courage… of purpose.

I decided it was time to step out of my comfort zone and embark upon my personal transformation.

 The key: You must decide.

Identifying Pain Points & Setting Goals

Having felt inferior due to my outer appearances in the past few years, largely due to the 20kg weight I put on since my younger days, I decided to take charge, lose weight and reclaim my figure.

My key problems:

  • Too much fats
  • Dull hair
  • Poor skin
  • Constantly tired
  • Lack of zeal
  • Digestive issues
  • Lousy sense of fashion (hey, since I’m transforming myself, I might as well look into this too, right?)

My target weight: 59kg.

However, being a lazy person and as a rather busy individual, exercise was not an option. So, ideally, I would prefer to lose weight without exercise. I needed a solution that could burn fats fast and address all my other issues at the same time. That’s right – a holistic solution.

Thus… my main goal – lose 20kg (and all of the above) without exercise!

A tall order but… guess what?

I succeeded!

The Results

Whilst I haven’t exactly lost 20kg, in a space of less than a year, I’ve shed 16kg without exercise. If you haven’t seen the proof, please scroll back up to check out the hot babe at the start of this article. Yep… that’s me!

Losing weight without exercise is possible.

The best part – I’m still losing weight. And my skin, hair and digestive issues have all cleared up.

During my journey, I discovered that with the right supplements, the human body can arrest weight issues through natural means that are safe, healthy and chemical-free. And it was then that I decided to share it with you, because I wholeheartedly believe that every person out there deserves to feel the best about herself/himself every single day, with minimal interruptions in life to pursue their dreams.

So… what did I do?

It wouldn’t be sharing if I told you only my story without sharing about my solution. I started out with detoxification. This completely cleansed me from the inside out and helped me to lose weight significantly. Then I went for the rejuvenation protocol. It renewed my cells, boosted my radiance. There’s more, and I’ll share on our blog as we go along. J

Inspired to Share

With my personal success in effortless weight loss, I felt a newfound inspiration to share my story with the world. My truest passion was always in two key areas:

  • Sharing with others
  • Helping others

I’m not just selling products and a service. I want to journey with you. Walk with you. Form a bond with each and every one of you on this path.

Although my life hasn’t always been smooth-sailing, the other secret to success is having a network of great people around. Thanks to my family and friends, I found the extra strength to carry on my journey of self-transformation. Therefore, if you need someone to bolster your confidence and lend you the moral support – I’m here!
